Price Fixed for The Project Are As Follows:

Commercial Plots
Rs. 12,000/- per Sq.Yds
Initial Payment	25% of the Plot Cost
Balance payment	75% of the Plot Cost with in 45 days

Residential Plots
Rs. 7,000/- per Sq.Yds
Initial Payment	25% of the Plot Cost
Balance payment	75% of the Plot Cost with in 45 days

NOTE: Admission Fee Rs. 1000/- (Cash Only). All corner plots will be charged Rs. 500/- per Sq. Yd Extra. Registration charges should be paid by the customers.
